3Stars Rehabilitation Network is a non-profit non-government organisation that was founded in 2022 which thrives to improve lives of children with disabilities through using the Community Based Rehabilitation Approach (CBR). We are located in Bombay village, Bweyogerere division, Kira municipality, Wakiso District, legally registered to operate in Uganda. we were formerly 3Stars Rehabilitation initiatives, now we are 3Stars Rehabilitation Network (3SRN)

The mission of the organization is to nurture abilities of children with disabilities through Rehabilitation and socio-economic support
What we Do
Rehabilitation of children with disabilities
We asses children with disabilities to determine their needs and offer various rehabilitation interventions will include exercises, self-care training and provision of assistive devices.
Conduct Follow Ups
We conduct follows ups of children with disabilities under rehabilitation to track progress.
Capacity Building
One of our key roles is to build capacity of Caregivers, VHTs and Community workers in managing children with disabilities.
Collaboration
We develop networks and collaboration with other organizations to facilitate referral pathways to facilitate children with disabilities and their parents to access other services.
Caregiver support groups
We facilitate caregivers to form support groups that are used to promote advocacy and income generation projects to improve house hold incomes.

CBR is a strategy that empowers communities to take an active role in supporting people with disabilities. It focuses on improving health, education, livelihood, and social participation at the community level, making rehabilitation more accessible and inclusive.

Are donations to 3Stars Rehabilitation Network used transparently?
Yes. We are a legally registered NGO committed to accountability and transparency. Every donation is used directly to support children with disabilities and the sustainability of our programs. Reports and updates are shared regularly with our supporters and partners.
Do you only operate in Wakiso District?
While our head office is in Kira Municipality, Wakiso District. We extend our services in Goma division in Mukono District, Bidibidi Refugee settlement, Rwamwanja Refugee settlement and Imvepi Refugee Settlement, through community outreach and collaboration with partners. As we grow, we aim to expand our services to other districts in Uganda.
